Ray of Sunshine Parenting – Terms & Conditions

Please read the following carefully. By enrolling in any Ray of Sunshine Parenting course or coaching program, you agree to the terms below.


Program Overview

All programs are designed to support parents with tools, education, and practices focused on emotional regulation, connection, and intentional parenting.

Depending on the tier you select, your experience may include digital content, group sessions, or private coaching.

Specific inclusions are outlined in your purchase confirmation.

General Inclusions

- Access to the digital parenting course for the stated duration or as lifetime access
- A downloadable workbook with tools, prompts, and practices
- Reflection activities to support learning and integration
- Email support for tech or logistics (48-hour response window, Mon, Wed & Fri)
- Standard and self-paced tiers do not include additional support (e.g. voice or text messaging, Telegram access, private coaching), unless explicitly stated in your package

Please note: not all 1:1 sessions or follow-up appointments include access to the digital parenting course.

Access is only provided where explicitly stated.


Live Support (Group Coaching Tiers)

Weekly live group coaching sessions via Zoom or in person, as scheduled

Group-based discussion, practice, and peer learning

Replays may be made available for a limited time, but are not guaranteed

In-person sessions are a dedicated time for you. To help you get the most from these sessions and maintain a calm, focused space, we kindly ask that children are not present.

Private Coaching (VIP Tiers)

1:1 coaching sessions as specified in your package
Messaging support via Telegram, Mon, Wed and Friday Thursday, 10 AM to 4 PM (Eastern Time), is included for most VIP packages

Responses will be given within 24 hours during support hours
Messaging is for brief questions, check-ins, or reflections – not therapy or emergency care

Voice note or text message support is not included unless clearly stated in your selected offer

Follow-Up Appointments

All sessions are pre-scheduled in advance as part of your coaching container. This allows us to hold consistent space for your growth and ensures availability.

You are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.

One reschedule may be permitted if you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within the same container timeframe (e.g., month or program duration).

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
No refunds, transfers, or replacements will be offered for forfeited sessions.

Not all follow-up or 1:1 sessions include access to the digital parenting course. This is only included where explicitly stated in your package or booking confirmation.

All sessions must be used within 13 weeks of your first appointment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This ensures the container remains supportive and focused.

Sessions that fall outside this timeframe may be forfeited.

Exclusions

No therapeutic or crisis support

No refunds or makeup sessions for missed group calls

No lifetime access to coaching or messaging unless explicitly stated

Self-paced tiers do not include live or private support

Attendance & Access

You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time

Missed sessions will not be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred

Tech access, including a stable internet connection, is your responsibility

Digital content is for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed

Children and Coaching Sessions:

To help you feel grounded and supported, we kindly ask that children are not present during your coaching sessions. This is a dedicated time and space just for you. A moment to pause, reflect, and connect without distractions.

We understand the juggle and are always happy to work with you if support is needed.

Refunds & Transfers

All sales are final

You may request a one-time transfer to another eligible participant before your program begins, subject to approval

Group Conduct

A respectful, supportive environment is essential

Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior may result in removal without refund

Confidentiality is expected within all group containers
